How to Order

 

Order Procedure
Order procedure is simple.
Just state your sort of items and quantity in shopping cart by clicking BUY button.

Our minimum order is 100 USD (excluding shipping cost).

We accept payments using PayPal.com or 2CheckOut.com, our authorized retailers.

If you don't want to pay using credit card, we also accept payment by e-check or wire transfer direct to our bank account.

We ship orders using FedEx or Express Mail Service (post) or Registered Airmail (post) door to door service.
Orders will be shipped less than 48 hours (usually less than 24 hours) after your credit card transaction captured.
You will be provided with a tracking number, so you could monitoring your package delivey status online at FedEx website or post office website.

About our products
Most of our products are export quality and hand-made by Thai silver-smiths. Our company main objective is to establish a good and long term business partnership with our customers through reliable service and reasonable price for quality products.
Our products are handmade, there may be slight variations in size, weight and oxidation.

Tips about shipping cost:
To have most efficient shipping cost, we suggest you to order in quantity which closest to weight maximum limitation.
Example: Since shipping cost of 200 grams (parcel weight after packing*) order equals to shipping cost for 400 grams (parcel weight after packing*), it means it is better and be your benefits if your parcel weight is 400 grams than only 200 grams.
* Parcel weight after packing = 105%-120% x total silver beads weight.

Tips how to reduce shipping cost (for U.S. customers)
Minimum order is US$ 100.
If you choose FedEx:
To reduce shipping cost, we suggest you to order at least US$ 600 than only US$ 100.
Shipping cost for US$ 100 order is US$ 15.
Shipping cost for US$ 600 order is US$ 20.
Only US$ 5 difference, but you can get 6x quantity of silver in your package.
If you choose Registered Airmail:
Shipping cost by registered airmail is FREE.

About duty taxes
Usually there is no import duty / taxes in Australia on silver and gold plated silver goods received from Thailand. However, for other materials, we suggest you to ask to your local post office or FedEx office in your city.
For other countries, import duty might be charged. Please check with your local post office in your city for information.
Usually customs fees charged by post office is much cheaper than FedEx.
We suggest you to choose EMS or registered airmail, rather than FedEx.
If you need a special invoice for customs purpose, please email us after you place an order.
Please note that we will not accept returns and no refund will be applied if you refuse to pay for the customs taxes.

Money back guaranty:
If you're not satisfied with our products because of damaged, defective or poor quality products, you may return the merchandise back to us no longer than 7 days upon received date and your payment would be refunded. Please e-mail us first within 7 days of receipt of your package.
But if it's for your personal reasons (not quite the right size, do not like the design, etc) we ask that you pay the shipping cost back to us.
We do not refund shipping cost for return items if the reason is that you reject to pay for the customs taxes or other fees charged by the shipping forwarder (FedEx or post). Please do contact FedEx or customs for more details fees that you need to pay since different rules are applied in every different country. Please be advised that you need to responsible for 30% import taxes if in any case you need to return back your order to us since Thai government do applied 30% import taxes on silver items entered Thailand.

 

 

 


HOW TO ORDER GOLD OR RHODIUM PLATING:
All of our Thai products are sterling silver .
If you want some items to be plated with yellow gold vermeil, pink gold vermeil or rhodium, we can make them for you!
Just place your order through our website, but no need to pay when checkout.
After you place your order, just email us to let us know which item codes and quantity you want them as yellow gold, pink gold vermeil or rhodium.
We will reply your email within 24 hours with new total calculation and payment link.

PRODUCTION TIME AND COST:
Please allow 4-5 business day for production time.
It will be around 12% extra cost for gold plating.
It will be around 24% extra cost for rhodium plating.

NOTE:
- Now we can gold and rhodium plating products without stones or crystals only.
- Rhodium color is a little bit darker than silver color.

OUR PRICES:
Price of each product is price for minimum order of US$ 100. Discount will be given to orders over US$ 500.

Note: Silver price is fluctuative in these recent months. Please keep checking current prices of our products.
Our prices are based on world silver price. When it is high, our prices become higher. When it is low, our prices become lower.
