Order Procedure
Order procedure is simple.
Just state your sort of items and quantity in shopping cart by clicking BUY button.

Our minimum order is 100 USD (excluding shipping cost).

We accept payments using PayPal.com or 2CheckOut.com, our authorized retailers.

If you don't want to pay using credit card, we also accept payment by e-check or wire transfer direct to our bank account.

We ship orders using FedEx or Express Mail Service (post) door to door service.
Orders will be shipped less than 48 hours (usually less than 24 hours) after your credit card transaction captured.
You will be provided with a tracking number, so you could monitoring your package delivey status online at FedEx website or post office website.

All of our products are export quality and hand-made by Balinese silver-smiths. Our company main objective is to establish a good and long term business partnership with our customers through reliable service and reasonable price for quality products.
Our products are handmade, there may be slight variations in size, weight and oxidation.

Tips about shipping cost:
To have most efficient shipping cost, we suggest you to order in quantity which closest to weight maximum limitation.
Example: Since shipping cost of 200 grams (parcel weight after packing*) order equals to shipping cost for 400 grams (parcel weight after packing*), it means it is better and be your benefits if your parcel weight is 400 grams than only 200 grams.
* Parcel weight after packing = 105%-120% x total silver beads weight.

Tips how to reduce shipping cost (for U.S. customers)
Minimum order is US$ 100.
But to reduce shipping cost, we suggest you to order at least US$ 600 than only US$ 100.
Shipping cost for US$ 100 order is US$ 15.
Shipping cost for US$ 600 order is US$ 20.
Only US$ 5 difference, but you can get 6x quantity of silver in your package.

About duty taxes
Usually there is no import duty / taxes in Australia on silver and gold plated silver goods received from Bali, Indonesia.However, for other materials, we suggest you to ask with the U.S. customs.
For other countries, import duty might be charged. Please check with your customs or FedEx office in your country for information.

Money back guaranty:
If you're not satisfied with our products because of damaged, defective or poor quality products, you may return the merchandise back to us no longer than 7 days upon received date and your payment would be refunded. Please e-mail us first within 7 days of receipt of your package.
But if it's for your personal reasons (not quite the right size, do not like the design, etc) we ask that you pay the shipping cost back to us.
We do not refund shipping cost for return items if the reason is that you reject to pay for the customs taxes or other fees charged by the shipping forwarder (FedEx or post). Please do contact FedEx or customs for more details fees that you need to pay since different rules are applied in every different country. Please be advised that you need to responsible for 30% import taxes if in any case you need to return back your order to us since Indonesian government do applied 30% import taxes on silver items entered Indonesia.

Our prices are based on world silver price. When it is high, our prices become higher. When it is low, our prices become lower.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
Some products which are marked with "Temporarily out of stock" are currently not available for temporary. Usually it takes 1-4 weeks for out of stock products become available again.

DUTY TAXES:
